Winter warmer offers

These offers are valid for stays during November, December, January and February, excluding half-term, Christmas and New Year.
All offers are subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. The offer must be mentioned when booking. The baby listening service is available between 7.30pm and midnight.

Gift Vouchers
Why not purchase an accommodation gift voucher to give to someone special as a unique gift? The vouchers can be used towards either the cost of accommodation‚ the ideal gift for birthdays, anniversaries or for someone who has recently had a baby and is in real need of a night out.
Vouchers can be purchased for any amount up to the rate of a room.
How does it work? You select the value and advise us of your request by email, telephone or letter. You can pay by debit, credit card (charged at an additional 2.5%), cash or cheque. We will then post you the voucher or if you prefer it can be dispatched directly to the recipient.
Gift vouchers are redeemable for a period of 12 months from date of issue. After that date they will cease to have any value. Gift vouchers are not refundable. We reserve the right in exceptional circumstances to cancel the voucher and return the purchase price to the purchaser.
How can the recipient exchange the voucher? Once availability is checked and a booking made (please mention the voucher when making the booking) the original voucher should be brought along and used to pay for the accommodation. Any excess can be used towards an additional stay and if it's more the difference will be paid on departure by any of our accepted form of payments.
What if the recipient loses the voucher? All vouchers have a unique reference number and therefore if this is lost or misplaced it can be replaced with a duplicate. We will need the name of the purchaser.
